Prop 212 is on the ballot Tuesday, November 3, 2026 — but early ballots go out October 7, so most of this is decided in October. Early voting opens
Ballots mail to everyone on the Active Early Voting List. Most people who vote NO on 212 will do it at a kitchen table in October, not at a polling place in November.
